1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hibazi ("hibazi", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hibazi website located at https://hibazi.pro ("the Site"), you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and close any account you may have opened.

hibazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site or by email to the registered address on file. Continued use of the Site after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to hibazi is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion they use the Site:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or director of hibazi or any affiliate, subsidiary, or associated entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Site under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.

hibazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Where satisfactory verification cannot be provided, hibazi may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on hibazi, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open and maintain only one hibazi account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. hibazi employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hibazi reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hibazi will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — regardless of who is actually operating the device — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hibazi immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

hibazi operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit supporting documents at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by hibazi may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

hibazi accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your hibazi balance in real time under normal operating conditions. hibazi does not charge any platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which hibazi bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members or friends — are not permitted and may trigger an account review and funds hold. hibazi reserves the right to return funds to their source payment method where the origin of a deposit cannot be satisfactorily verified.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, and always to an account registered in your name. hibazi targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay channels during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification steps.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their associated wagering requirements in full, or you must have forfeited the bonus prior to withdrawal.
• No pending security review, fraud investigation, or compliance hold must be active on the account.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any limits set by hibazi or by the applicable payment provider.

hibazi reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where additional verification is deemed necessary. Players will be notified of such delays and of any documentation required to complete the review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time hibazi offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Bonus terms in this section and the specific terms attached to an individual offer, the specific terms of that offer shall prevail.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New hibazi members may be eligible for a first-deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳300. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Eligibility is subject to KYC completion and account verification.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual offer. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — full contribution rates are published in the individual offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hibazi employs automated systems to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim a Bonus more than once, or exploiting a technical error in the calculation of Bonus balances. Where Bonus abuse is identified, hibazi reserves the right to void the Bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and close the account.

7. Game Rules and Betting

All casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets offered on hibazi are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. In the event of a technical fault or communication error during a game round or bet settlement, hibazi reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. This decision is final.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, and other markets — are subject to the hibazi sportsbook rules. Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless the relevant market explicitly offers in-play betting. Settlement of sports bets will follow official result sources as determined by hibazi. Any disputed settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event.

7.2 Malfunction and Technical Issues

In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game round, hibazi will use available server-side logs to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption. If logs are insufficient to determine the outcome, the round will be voided and the stake returned. hibazi is not liable for any losses arising from a player's own connectivity issues, device failures, or internet service interruptions.

8. Responsible Gaming

hibazi is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered hibazi players at any time through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up prompts that display your session duration and net profit or loss at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all hibazi services. Requests are processed as the highest-priority ticket type, typically within one hour. Minimum exclusion period is 30 days.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hibazi platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Site or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, live dealer, or competitive game format.
• Using the Site for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Impersonating another player, hibazi staff member, or any third party.
• Accessing the Site from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by local law.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

hibazi collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on hibazi, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hibazi will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the hibazi Site — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, page layouts, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of hibazi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any hibazi content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hibazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. hibazi's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hibazi's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law as applied to online gaming platforms. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hibazi platform, you agree first to attempt resolution by contacting hibazi's support team at [email protected]. hibazi will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first submission may be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and hibazi with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
